Outsourcing
In Outsourcing panel of CEE IT Leaders Summit, my conclusion it was that the future of outsourcing for big companies, like clients of outsourcing services, is based on Shared Service Centers/Best-of-Breed and selective outsourcing concepts. Shared Service Center, set-up by a mother company (can be a bank) can assure services for company, to say 70%, and 30% to free market. In this way they will have a clear commitment to mother company and will be fitted for services in the market fights for contracts. The small clients will benefits of quality standards set-up by a bigger company and will benefit of economy of scale.
