Four types of CIO

Today I had heard that are four types of CIOs:

Paratrooper CIO; Professional CIO; Consultant CIO; and Executive CIO;

Depending on there professional history (if is coming from IT or not; if is coming from consultants company etc), work history (experience obtain inside of existing company or elsewhere), the role allocated (to change anything or to run professional) etc
